It’s not the most powerful laptop of all time, but for the price, this is a great machine. Love the touch screen feature, and the keyboard is the best I’ve had on a laptop.

I got this when they were having a sale. Paid less than $400. Perfect for everything I need to do. Screen is very responsive to touch. Keys are soft and don’t feel cheap. The laptop itself doesn’t feel cheap. Battery life is fine. I can sit and do what I need to do for a few hours and still have almost 80% battery life even while using multiple tabs and watching YouTube videos. Screen quality is not like a high end laptop but it’s decent for what you pay.

Great speed. Quick start and fast loading. Easy to use out of the box. Unfortunately the touch screen required a lot of tweaking to get a decent picture quality. My device clearly showed signs of heavy use of the touch screen out of the box and it was not advertised as «refurbished». My last laptop was in use for five years and showed little sign of use even after five years of use so something is not right.

My laptop from 2014 was on its last leg, so it was definitely time for this new one. I’m very pleased with this straightforward, classy laptop and would recommend it (but not for gaming, etc.) The battery life is decent.

I have tried to remove S mode for a week now. The computer will not remove it. I have had Microsoft on the phone for 2 hours. It won’t work for them either. S mode should be an option not already installed.

Bought pretty much on impulse. Needed a basic laptop as the Acer Spin5 I use has a power connection glitch. This machine did come with Windows 11 installed, but I just finished going through all the updates (about 6 or so) to get to the latest version of Windows 11, and it runs ok. Also went through a dozen driver updates and everything works ok. I was concerned about 8 megs of RAM being enough for the software I use, and it’s not, apparently, as that software runs but crashes after a while. Also, 256 GB of ssd storage is not enough. However, both those things are pretty easy to upgrade. Screen optical quality is very lackluster & I have been trying to tweak that in Windows with not much luck. I like the touch screen, track pad, keyboard feel. I like the power connector, seems sturdy and that’s important to me, as I have regularly killed laptop power connections. All in all, a pretty good deal for $385 + tax.

I would like to know how to remove/update that notification about «running late», honestly I got my product and I’m really happy with it.
