Infelizmente o produto não é original, fiz um teste com um original e suas reações no computador.

Até então eu não me importaria se pelo menos funcionasse igual o original, porém a parte do touch fica mandando comandos como se estivesse sendo tocado sozinho.

Não comprem !

He recibido el paquete hoy, no puedo dar mas de una estrella aun sin probar el funcionamiento por una simple y sencilla razon, por segunda ocasion me llego el control con los sellos originales de SONY violados, es decir como si la caja original huniese sido abierta previamente por alguna razon la primera ocasion solicite el reemplazo porque incluso venia «resellado» con cinta diurex mal cortada, en esta 2da ocasion no traia la cinta diurex pero los sellos estaban cortados nuevamente, lo cual para ser vendido directamente por amazon México me parece decepcionante pues esto no me parece normal ni correcto, he decidido quedarme con el producto pues quiero pensar y confiar en que es origibal y que me respetaran la garantía del mismo pero definitivamente deberia ser una llamada de atencion el que tengan este problema con un producto

El producto llegó en buenas condiciones y en la fecha indicada por amazon.
Antes de confirmar la compra tenía dudas de este control (PS4) de que resultará genérico, por lo tanto realice la comparación con el control que incluye con la ( PS4 ) sin encontrar ningún indicio de que resultará genérico, lo utilizo frecuentemente sin problema alguno ya que con el uso que a tenido no ha presentado problemas de comunicación, batería y controladores.

First things first, ignore the packaging dust, those little shards of paper that you might see in these pictures. So, if you’re looking for a controller to be exactly like the one that came with your PlayStation, you probably won’t find that because the ones they send with PS4s PS5s are going to have a slightly different finish than replacement controllers I think. Next thing is that I did some research before buying a replacement PS4 controller and found that there are some sold on eBay that are not authentic even though they look authentic and they look like they are packaged very professionally but here are some things to look out for with those. The eBay controllers that claim they are Sony but are not, are going to be packaged so tightly that there will be casing around the joysticks. Sony does not do this, probably to prevent any damage before it even gets to you so they leave it solely inside the package along with the rest of the controller instead of doing that casing around the joysticks like the unauthentic eBay controllers do. Another thing to watch out for is to make sure the writing on the controller is not distorted or stretched because the false controller manufacturers don’t have access to the specific font and size and other parameters that Sony uses to print on their controllers. You want to compare your old controller with your new controller. If you’re old controller is broken, DO NOT THROW IT AWAY. You will need something to compare with and you might be able to get that old controller fixed now that you have the new one and then you’ll have an additional controller. Another thing to look for is to make sure the Sony writing on the back where the light is is not also distorted and you want to make sure that all of the plug-in areas, like «EXT» and the initial insert in the back where you charge the controller are nice and sturdy as well as the headphone jack. This has a matte black finish whereas the original PS4 controller that came with my PS4 had or has, a slight gloss to it. Additionally the controllers should be at least near the same weight. This controller was a tad bit lighter but not enough really to say it was a problem It’s just a teeny bit lighter and not a big deal because the important things here are that it is an authentic PS4 controller that does come in authentic PS4/Sony packaging and the writing is not distorted. The joysticks will feel differently than your original PS4 controller because again, this is not the original one that came with your PS4 It’s a replacement. They give you those slight added special effects with your set because they want you to feel excited and enthusiastic and ready for gaming. The replacements are just exactly that, replacements. And buying this one, I did get this one for a few dollars less, not a bunch but a few. For all you Penny Pinchers out there this is going to be a dream. I think that matters as well. It’s a great controller. I’ve never had a PS4 so I never tried an actual PS4 controller until I got this one. This is a brand new controller straight from the Sony PlayStation store on Amazon so this controller works perfectly. Great buttons, Dpad, analog sticks, shoulder buttons, and analog triggers. Highly recommend to use on Steam or with the Steam Deck or of course the PS4.
