I’ve had Apple Macbooks the past few years and I love them! The best thing about this one, is that there is no fan. So, for the zoom and other meetings online, it doesn’t get hot on the bottom and there is no fan whizzing. I like this laptop, I never get viruses and everything is very secure. I got the dark gray color, and it’s so fancy. I love this laptop and got a great Black Friday deal for about $800. And the AppleCare support (added cost) is phenomenal!

I filed my claim with a Amazon representative. Asurion contacted me and once Asurion received the required documents my claim was approved. I returned the defective item and as soon as it was scanned by the UPS store my refund was sent. Not was easy as 123.

I bought this for my wife as an upgrade to an earlier-generation Macbook Air with the problematic butterfly keyboard switches, which were failing fast. The new-style keyboard doesn’t give those problems any more, and the added speed of the M1 chip is a very nice bonus. Highly recommended.
