De verdad que esta computadora me ha soprendido, anteriormente tenia una laptop Thunderobot con una RTX 3060 comprada en Ali la cual la vendi por que alguien me la quiso comprar y entonces al andar buscando otra laptop me tope con esta la cual la recomendaban en una pagina de expertos en gaming, el dia que la compra estaba en 19,999 , dije bueno ok , 12 mil menos que la computadora anterior , voy a darme la oportunidad de comprarla al cabo que Amazon acepta devoluciones, total que me llego en 9 dias, inmediatamente la destape ya que averigue que no pierdes la garantia al hacer lo, le aumente la memoria RAM para que dar en 16GB, le coloque un NVMe Samsung 970 evo plus de 1TB, y un disco mecanico 2.5 Sata de 1 Tb, ya con todo listo y funcionando , instale sniper elite 4, dead stranding, control, wolfenstein young blood, microsofot flight simulator 2021,Forza Horizon 4, Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts, Halo Master Chief, A Plague Tale Innocence, Ori and the Will of the Wisps,Doom Eternal,NBA 2K Play Grounds entre otros , de todos estos juegos el unico que me dio Lag fue el forza Horizon 4, pero todos los demas los he jugado sin problema alguno, sinceramente recomiendo esta computadora, si quieres mayor potencia, te aconsejo que te armes una de escritorio con una rtx 3070 como minimo, porque entre esta laptop y una rtx 3060 no vi mucha diferencia en los juegos. lo unico malo que el precio se ha elevado bastante, al momento que estoy escribiendo esta reseña ya va en 27 y fraccion, ojala la vuelvan a bajar o la puedan encontrar en otra en mejor precio.

So I bought this thing when it was on mega sale and I’m so happy I did. I use it mainly for school and it’s so quick and responsive. I like the mousepad and the keyboard unlike some of the reviews I watched about it. The screen could look better though, it’s made of a nonreflective material that takes away the depth and shine of the colors and so it’s honestly not that eye catching. Overall look and feel of the laptop is solid, and sleek the red LED looks good with the matte black. worth the price I paid forsure I shoulda bought 2 lol. I played a few games and it ran Fortnite and rocket league pretty max. Happy customer

Honest review: Great gaming PC and workstation. This has played every game i installed and played on high settings from star wars battlefront to PUBG. No issue with online play or solo games. Fan is not as loud as some say, but you can notice it in a quiet room. Only comes on during heavy gaming. The double push/click power plug is a little annoying at first but you get used to it. No double click no charge. Great graphics with game play and did not have lag when playing online. Yes the PC will have to be charged out of the box, this is due to lithium battery regulations for fires on planes/shipping. Over all great purchase for the price.

AS A LOT OF THE 1 STAR REVIEW MENTIONED, THE THING WONT TURN ON WHEN I RECIEVED IT. DONT THINK YOU ARE GOING TO BE LUCKY AND WONT ENCOUNTER THIS ISSUE. BECAUSE IT IS A COMMON PROBLEM AND IF IT HAPPENS IT IS VERY ANNOYING!!!!!!!! I HATE IT HERE

So I’ve had my Acer for almost a year now and here are my thoughts, struggles, FYIs for those thinking on getting one.

First big thing is RAM 8gb is a very small amount and if you’re planning on any sort of heavy gaming beyond some old titles or mmo you’ll want to upgrade it (great thing is though that it’s easy enough to swap out).

Second is battery when I was still deciding on buying or not there was a few reviews mentioning a possible battery issue where it it will start losing its charge and having to swap it and sure enough after a few months I saw my battery slowly but surely losing its charge and decided to order a replacement. Now as I was waiting for it I lost power for some hours mid gaming and chose to just run the battery out until it came back after draining it and the power got back on for charging the battery issue was gone which while great was a bit frustrating having to go through a return for the replacement battery.

Lastly temperature it can get fairly warm so I’d recommend getting a cooling pad if anything for longevity especially if you’re like me and plan on using it for years to come.

Outside of those couple things it’s been perfect for me especially for an under 1k laptop.

My drivers wouldnt update — im not sure what happen when i 1st unbox this badboy but i had major issues trying to just update the drivers. I fixed it but it took a few months
Acer warrenty app- the acer warrenty app crashes when i copy and pase it into ita own app. Is it hot dog watter of an app idk you tell me acer
USB DRIVE — IM not 100% certan but i think one of my usb slots is already busted. -_-
SPEAKERS- the sound that comes out of thoes speakers is worse then my grammer and spelling. I would of rather of acer rip that shit out and put in. A bigger Harddrive or something anything is better then what acer placed inside that laptop

Exturnal Harddrive — i had an acer helious 300 and i took out the 2TB HD. To use for my new laptop. For what ever reson the battery area gets warm to get it open is also a huge pain. I thought i broke the danm thing tryin to get it open
